As a valued customer using Microsoft Azure through our CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) program, you have the ability to view detailed cost reports for your Azure resources. This article provides a step-by-step guide to access these reports.

Step 1: Accessing the Azure Portal

Open your preferred browser.

Navigate to the Azure Portal by entering the URL: https://portal.azure.com/

Sign in using the Microsoft account credentials associated with your Azure subscription. If you don't have these credentials, please contact your system administrator or our support team.

Step 2: Navigate to the Cost Management + Billing section

Once you're logged into the Azure Portal, look for the left-hand navigation pane.

Scroll down and click on "Cost Management + Billing."

Step 3: Viewing Cost Analysis

Under the "Cost Management" section, click on "Cost Analysis."

Here, you will see an overview of your costs broken down by different metrics such as resource, resource group, or location.

Use the filters at the top of the page to adjust the view based on your requirements. For instance, you can set the date range to view costs for a specific month.

Step 4: Generating Detailed Reports

If you require a more detailed breakdown, click on "Export" in the top menu of the Cost Analysis page.

Choose the details you want to include and the format (e.g., CSV, Excel).

Click "Export." The report will be generated and can be downloaded to your device.

Tips

- Cost Alerts: Consider setting up cost alerts to get notified when your spending reaches certain thresholds.
